Former US President Donald Trump delivered a few memorable quotes when he hosted Gagag Miles Token (NFT) fans at his Florida home on Wednesday.
In addition to promising to keep crypto entrepreneurs in the United States, Trump has taken partial credit for making “NFTs hot again” thanks to his massive portfolio, and even disavowed his political rival's inspiration, memecoin — unwittingly driving its price up.

Trump said his mugshot NFTs and other collections have “reheated NFTs” — drawing cheers from the audience — at a time when the NFT market seemed to have lost steam.
Most attendees had to purchase one of Trump's Mugshots NFTs for $4,653 or more to be invited to the dinner.
Trump NFT cards, POTUS and Melania Trump's 1776 collection are among other digital art collections associated with Donald Trump's name.
ON BODEN: “That's a lot of money for a penny.”
To no one's surprise, Trump is not a fan of the Joe Biden-linked Joe Biden (BODEN) meme coin, which currently has a market capitalization of over $260 million.
“That's a lotta, a penny of money, I don't like that investment,” he said.
BODEN rose more than 10% shortly after the comments were shared on X.
But another meme coin based on Trump, Donald Tremp (TREMP), took the cake, rising nearly 110% during the same period.
The multi-billionaire taunted his political rival in a separate comment, mockingly suggesting he “has no idea” what crypto is.
“If you're a crypto fan, you'd better vote for Trump.”

Trump previously referred to Bitcoin (BTC) as a scam in 2021, but in recent months has begun to embrace it and the wider industry.
But he still has a strong preference for maintaining the dominance of the US dollar in the traditional banking system.
Trump also recently said that he would never allow the creation of a central bank digital currency under his watch.
