Digital asset manager 3iQ has filed for an exchange-traded listing for Solana ( SOL ) on Canada's Toronto Stock Exchange (TSE) — and wants to list the stock.

“We have filed a preliminary forecast for Solana Fund (QSOL) in Canada in connection with its initial public offering,” 3iQ posted on X on June 20.

If approved, it would be the first Solana ETP to list in North America, the company said.

The company has stated that the stock yield is currently 6-8 percent.

Coinbase Custody and Tetra Trust will act as custodians, while Coinbase Custody will provide Solana with the institutional share infrastructure required for QSOL.
