The Dark Knight is returning to the Ethereum ecosystem in a new set of NFTs commemorating the 85th anniversary of Batman's first appearance in Detective Comics #27.

“The Legacy Cowls project commemorates the first original DC comic on the blockchain,” Schrader said. “It marks the introduction of the first DC supervillain created by fan voice. Schrader explained that by participating in The Legacy Cowls Collection experience, fans can contribute to the story by voting and creating events, as well as rewrite the Legacy Cowl's “evil code” by uncovering clues.

According to Candy Digital, owning a Legacy Cowl collector will allow access to augmented reality experiences on Meta platforms, voting on creative decisions, access to puzzles, and exclusive future drops.
