Bitget Empowers Next-Gen Crypto Influencers to Hire 3000 Builders by 2025

Bitget, the leading cryptocurrency exchange and Web3 company announced the expansion of a global recruitment initiative called the Bitget Builders Program, which aims to create a network of global opinion leaders in the crypto field. The program is driven by influencers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) around the world who are responsible for accelerating Bitgate's growth momentum. The Bitget Builders program is designed to spark a chain reaction of crypto adoption that will usher the next billion users into the crypto ecosystem.
As part of this initiative, Bitge plans to hire 3000 crypto influencers in addition to 5000 builders who are embarking on a journey to change the financial landscape of the world. The recruitment program is not limited to any country, so applications for this program are invited from all over the world. LinkedIn's founder recently predicted that 9-to-5 jobs will be obsolete by 2034 and that self-employed professionals will earn more than permanent employees. Believing that the gig economy in crypto will bring a new way to financial freedom for people in the space.
The recruitment takes place under three broad categories, taking into account the active constants in the crypto field. “Trading Builders” are pro-traders who are experienced crypto investors and their role is to guide new subscribers through the registration process and confidently execute their first trade based on knowledge. “Brand Builders” will play the role of brand guardians for Bitget and will be responsible for strategic content creation for crypto education, responsible trading and risk awareness. “Community Builders” drive community engagement and create a tribe of individuals who live and breathe crypto.

In rewards, Bitgate Trading builders can earn up to 50% commission, special event prizes and product training. Brand creators can receive rewards for advertising work, content creation grants, and platform resource support, while community builders can receive community management grants, activity grants, and development incentives. Overall, each category of builders will be properly rewarded and help them to grow in crypto according to their field of expertise by helping them gain knowledge, expertise and support.
