NASA created the VR metaverse to prepare astronauts for life on the lunar space station
While most of us spend our time in Metaverse commercial properties or walking around on virtual reality virtual reality models, astronauts working with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and SpaceX are using the Metaverse to prepare for life aboard the lunar space station. Not built yet.
According to NASA, the first humans to make their home in deep space will be the team operating the space station currently under development called Gateway.

Ubisoft teases new blockchain game at Paris Blockchain Week
AAA game studio Ubisoft is getting closer to releasing its first blockchain-based game after releasing the first game announcement for Champions Tactic Grimoria at Blockchain Week in Paris.
The leading developers of the tactical player-versus-player role-playing game gave Cointelegraph an exclusive gameplay at the conference. The RPG allows players to create unique characters and features based on the blockchain, which can be combined in groups of three for a star-based game.

Board Ape NFT floor price has reached its lowest point in more than two and a half years
The floor price of BAYC NFTs has fallen more than 90% from its peak to 11.1 Ether (ETH) – the lowest point since August 2021.
BAYC is now approaching a sub-10 ETH price floor after a 50% decline since March 1st, according to the NFT Price Floor.
The NFT collection's fall from a peak of 128 ETH set for May 1, 2022, is part of an industry wide decline in popularity for digital art NFTs.
However, a few BAYC NFTs continue to trade significantly above the floor price, which is calculated by taking the lowest priced NFT in a given stock.

VeChain announces tokenized gloves in partnership with UFC
According to VeChain's April 12 blog post, the gloves worn by Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) fighters will soon be tagged, and their identities will be tracked on the VeChainThor network.
The gloves contain VeChain near-field communication chips that verify the authenticity of each pair, which records battle data. After the fight, the athletes “donate and give away” their gloves and make them collectors.
The chips in each pair allow a buyer to verify the authenticity of the item via the VChainThor network's smart contract. Fighters began wearing gloves at UFC 300 on April 13.
