Bitcoin returned to the spotlight on January 2 after a $645.8 million crypto ETF inflow fueled optimism in the digital asset market. However, the total crypto market cap has reached $3.12 trillion, with a daily trading volume of nearly $75 billion, indicating increasing institutional activity.

Candlestick signals reinforce the bullish view, with a bullish engulfing candle breaking through resistance, then pivoting at $92,000, indicating short-term consolidation before a continuation is likely.
Bitcoin (BTC/USD) Market Outlook: Eyes on $94k and above
If Bitcoin manages to stay above $89,000, we are looking at the next running areas between $93,500 and $94,600 – the path looks promising to push to $98,000 in the coming weeks. But if it closes below $88,400, that's when it all breaks down and we can invite short selling.
Things are looking optimistic at the moment as more ETF money is pouring in and regular traders are jumping back in – of course, altcoins are still not hurting from the lag, which is not just wild speculation, but a more mature bull run.
