Crypto icon Cabosu, the doge meme dog, has passed away at the age of 17
Shiba Inu Kabosu, who captured the hearts of millions as the face of the popular “Doge” meme and Dogecoin memecoin, passed away on May 24th. Kabosu was 17 years old.
Kabosu's owner, Atsuko Sato, announced the news in a post on her official blog, expressing her deep gratitude to Kabosu for their love and support over the years. Sato explained that there will be a farewell party for “Kabo-chan” at Flower Kaori in Kotsu no Mori, Narita City on May 26th.
The crypto community and fans of Caboose have expressed their condolences, sharing tributes to the Internet legend and some fond memories.
