Live streaming on Twitter doesn't have to be just for video games. From a technical perspective, users can stream anything OBS captures to Twitter through Media Studio, including full-screen webcam or computer screen recordings.
Current as Twitter Rules, does not allow “excessively violent media” or users to “share violent or adult content in live video or in profile or header images”. Forum rules do not allow users to “infringe the intellectual property rights of others, including copyright and trademark.”
