Dominic Frisby remembers meeting MicroStrategy's Michael Saylor for the first time at a crypto event. What started out amazing took an unexpected turn and became confusing.
“I saw Michael Saylor there. ‘Wow, it's him!' I said,” he told the magazine. But before Frisbee had a chance, it was Saylor who quickly came over and introduced himself.
“He just came up to me and said, ‘I've seen some of your videos, and I really like your work and what you do. Would you like to come to dinner?'
Frisby expressed his delight at meeting the OG Bitcoin maxi at Saylor's house, which is “a lot better” than his own.
“Every time I watch a Michael Saylor video, it gives me an orange pill. “The man is very talented,” he says.
Saylor is something of a community with a shared appreciation for sharing Frisbee television appearances while discussing Bitcoin.
Frisby isn't just a Bitcoiner and has his fingers in a variety of pies, including cracking jokes on stage as a respected comedian, writing books and hosting TV shows.
With a modest 32,300 followers on Twitter – behind Saylor's massive 3.1 million – he is still making a name for himself and is often heard talking about Bitcoin on radio stations such as BBC 5.
Oh, and have you heard about the hit UK show Money Pit? Well, Frisbee was a face. He admits that he has the ability to juggle multiple balls at once.
“I'm a jack of all trades, and I like to go and do whatever I want at any time.”
Frisby can be proud to have written one of the first credible books on Bitcoin, Bitcoin: The Future of Money, published by Unbound back in 2014.
“I think it's the first book on Bitcoin from a well-known publisher,” he declares.
Despite his admiration for Saylor, he thinks the next generation needs its own Bitcoin champion.
“I think Roger Ver was a great evangelist for Bitcoin. Saylor was a great evangelist for Bitcoin. But when the next bull market happens, we need a new evangelist. We need to find some new narratives to move the story forward.”
And although he's a self-proclaimed Bitcoin guru, he admits to holding a small bag of Ether, even though it's more invested in Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin than in the actual network.
“My portfolio is probably over 90% Bitcoin, and I've got some Ethereum. That person [Vitalik] Buterin, he is really smart. And I think by investing in Ethereum you are effectively investing in Vitalik.

ToggleWhat made Twitter famous?
Frisby admits his Twitter is a little “hoskey” all over the place.
He admits that things would be better for him if he just focused on talking about one subject.
“If I tweeted about crypto all day, I'd probably have more followers than I do.”
In the year In 2021, Frisby and other groups went to famous landmarks in the UK to deliver their message, and his following skyrocketed.
“I was involved in this thing where we got a projector. And we went around raising slogans on public buildings,” he explains.
Frisby decided to plan the message “Bitcoin will fix this” on the Bank of England.
What kind of content can people expect?
Frisbee's tweets are everywhere – one day it's Bitcoin, the next it's CBDCs, and then he throws in some comedy or drops a new music video.
His latest project is a parody song and music video on Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs).
Titled “Programmable Money,” Frisbee will be played by Klaus Schwab, chairman of the World Economic Forum. He starts chanting “CBDC” and continues, “These control every purchase, every transaction or decision you make.
“It cost me a few thousand quid, and I had to call in a lot of favors. Yeah, I mean, you can watch a really expensive video.”
It seems worth it, getting shoutouts from renowned economist Lynn Alden and popular Bitcoin podcaster Peter McCormack.

What kind of content do you enjoy?
Frisbee is the Bitcoin maxi for all the “wrong reasons”.
“I don't have time to study all these coins, and I'm in different WhatsApp groups and stuff and Telegram chats, and I can't keep track of this new coin and the new coin. I don't have the time or energy.
He also dismisses a few of his commentators, such as Lynn Alden, Peter McCormack, Gigi, Bitcoin entrepreneur Robert Breedlove and Blockstar CEO Adam Back.
Predictions?
By the sound of it, Frisbee has thrown the prediction ball before:
“Do you want me to give you a silly prediction that will get a lot of clicks because I said bitcoin will go to half a million dollars, or do you want me to give you a realistic one where people will go in three years. ‘You got that prediction right!'
Obviously, we want the prediction that gets the most clicks, but we'll take what we can get. Frisbee's forecast for the upcoming cycle seems very reasonable, suggesting that we will find an average price between $70,000 and $100,000.
But it could shoot up to $250,000 this cycle. Maybe we should put that in the title?
