Google Cloud with MultiversX is at the center of the blockchain company’s focus on Metaverse
Google Cloud has partnered with blockchain infrastructure firm MultiversX (formerly Elrond) to boost its Web 3 presence. Google Cloud's BigQuery data warehouse is integrated with MultiversX, which helps Web3 projects and users gain valuable insights from powerful data analytics and artificial intelligence tools in the Google Cloud ecosystem.
Multiverse X says the collaboration between the two organizations has the potential to immediately accelerate the execution of large-scale, data-first blockchain projects. This should help developers get easy access to addresses, transaction volumes, smart contract interactions and on-chain analytics, the company said.
On the other hand, Google Cloud's participation in the MultiversX network allows ecosystem developers to use the advanced tools and services on the platform to achieve high performance and decentralized applications for non-blockchain components. Daniel Rhode, head of Web3 EMEA at Google Cloud, added:
“There are exciting opportunities to enable Web3 developers to build and scale faster, and as we explore new positions in the space, our collaboration with MultiversX allows us to expand our strategy and further reach and strengthen our position as a key innovation driver in the blockchain world.”
MultiversX has formed several partnerships in the past with major brands as well to push Web3 use cases in the traditional world. The first European institutional marketplace for digital assets, ICI D|Services and Audi's in-car virtual reality HoloRide have both chosen MultiversX as their platform of choice.
