Hacker Offers Access to Binance Law Enforcement Request Panel, Demands $10,000 in Crypto
A user by the name “Miembro” posted on Breach Forums on December 14th that Binance's Law Enforcement Request Panel is looking to sell $10,000 worth of Bitcoin (BTC) or Monero (XMR).
According to the post, the access provides “private access for use by law enforcement only”, unlimited questions will be answered within three to seven days.
The poster said that interested inquiries can be made through the website portal or direct offers through Tox or Telegram, “There is nothing to say Hi or Hi.
According to research by Hudson's Rock researchers, Binance uses a third-party service called Codex that verifies law enforcement requests.

The account was reportedly opened by law enforcement. Three computers infected with malware were responsible for compromised certificates, which later fell into the hands of hackers.

Attesting are law enforcement officers from the Taiwan Criminal Investigation Bureau, the Ugandan Police Force and the Philippine National Police (PNP) Anti-Cyber Crime Squad.
The report said it is still unclear whether the access was actually achieved through compromised login credentials. However, in a follow-up post, the user said that they are testing the access, and it “works fine.
