‘Idle Mine’ Game Guide: Tips to Earn More Bitcoins on iOS and Android
2 days ago Benito Santiago
Following on from Bitcoin Mining, Fumb Games is back with another idle mining game that lets you earn real Bitcoin—aptly named Idle Mine: Earn Real Bitcoin.
While the end result of earning bitcoins for playing iOS and Android games is the same, Idle Mine is actually a very different game than Bitcoin Miner. Bitcoin Miner is crypto-centric, allowing you to pixel mine fake coins like Bitcoin, Dogecoin and Ethereum, while Idle Mine shifts gears as you mine rare gems and minerals.
It's a shifty vibe, but Idle Mine: Get Real Bitcoin is another hard-to-stop game that offers a steady stream of satoshis—the smallest unit of bitcoin, 1/100,000,000 BTC—for completing simple tasks. That makes it an ideal game to play while you're watching TV, sitting on the train, or doing other routine tasks throughout the day.
We've played a lot of idle mines collecting thousands of satoshis along the way, so we've put together this list of quick tips to help you boost your productivity and earn more BTC to withdraw to your ZBD wallet—all without spending real money.

ToggleUse the x2 speed boost
Such Bitcoin earning games earn their money by promoting the game through video ads; It's just the reality of the situation. Idle My Thanks doesn't encourage this, and encourages you to view ads by offering bonuses that can drain your earnings.
From our experience, the x2 speedup is important. Tap the button at the bottom of the screen and after watching the ad, miners and customers will all move at twice the normal speed. This means faster mining, which means your stacks of in-game resources accumulate faster, and thus you can accumulate bitcoins faster.
At the beginning, this increase lasts for 5 minutes. But this time limit can be extended by spending magical gems to upgrade your artifacts. Which brings us to…
Improve your artifacts.
Tapping the small genie light button at the bottom of the screen opens the Artifact Upgrade menu, which lets you spend accumulated pink magical gems—earned by completing quests and collecting gifts—to fill certain parts of the game.
In our experience, the most valuable upgrade is tied to our first suggestion: increasing the duration of the x2 speed boost via the Enchanted Pocket Watch. After a few updates, our boost now lasts more than 20 minutes after watching an ad, and can go even higher.
Other particularly useful upgrades to prioritize include the Money Plant, which boosts passive income that occasionally lands in your lap, as well as upgrades tied to customer tips – Tip Genie Lamp and Tip Cauldron.
Offline earnings are usually a rough pony in games like this, but we didn't find it to be particularly impactful in Idle Mine, so you might not want to focus on the Mystic Sandglass mod that boosts offline earnings when you're not playing.
Claim the free daily gift
Here's a simple one: pop into the game's store once each day to claim a free gift, which is either a bag full of coins to strap onto your mine or some magical gems. While it doesn't have a huge advantage on either side, it's the free bits that help level up the game. You can catch it too!
Follow the missions
If you want to upgrade every available resource or prioritize investing in mine-wide upgrades, please play Idle Mine. It's all important, and there's no one wrong way to approach things, although some strategies offer more immediate benefits than others.
If you want to play a bit on autopilot and just reap the rewards, follow the latest mission shown at the top of the screen. This usually indicates the next resource to add, based on the lowest cost to do so, or the next major mining upgrade to purchase. And in many cases, you'll find a magical gem in the process.
Hit the stairs
As you improve your gem mining skills for each property, not only will you get a significant boost in terms of earnings along the way, but there are milestones that will add satoshi to your account once you've passed.
For example, you'll hit these levels at level 10, 25, 50, and more, depending on what level you're playing. So think about passing the next chapter with each push as you spend coins to improve your skills of Agate, Sapphire and so on. It helps in your overall development and clear overlap is always maintained.
Play daily challenges
Idle Mine's main game cycle takes you through a few levels and then lets you start over, getting stronger and more successful each time. But there are also daily challenge levels by tapping the trophy button in the top right corner, and these typically provide a quick way to earn bitcoins.
These timed challenges come with special obstacles like slow miners or expensive upgrades, but they cost you more satoshis as you play. These challenges can be difficult due to the variables, but they will earn you more bitcoins than playing the normal way. There are three daily challenges that can eventually be unlocked depending on your player level.
Upgrade your gear.
You'll find mining equipment as you play, including a variety of hats and weapons – and while these may give your crew a bit of visual flair, they can also enhance your character. Each piece has a different rarity level and character upgrade, plus you can upgrade them by saving other pieces of collected gear, leveling them up and making them more helpful over time.
For example, the rubber chicken tool that we upgraded to level 4 now gives a 164% increase to all profits, plus a 31% “perfect yield” in mining and a guaranteed “quick mine” that takes no time. Keep salvaging items as you arrive and focus on upgrading legendary-level equipment.
