In Montenegro, Kwon’s prison term was extended by two months
Terraform founder Do Koon is set to have his sentence extended in a Montenegrin prison for another two months amid a dispute over his extradition country.
“The court in Podgorica decided to extend the prison term, which ends on Friday, by two months until February 15,” the report said.
Terraform Labs Do Kun faces an uncertain future
According to a recent report, the Supreme Court of Montenegro extended the prison term of Terraform Labs co-founder Do Koon. Reportedly, two more months, until February 15.
The Supreme Court ruled last month that Kuo could be extradited. However, his legal team is currently contesting this proposal.

Authorities have detained Kwon in Montenegro since March. Both US and South Korean prosecutors want to bring him under their respective jurisdictions.
According to sources familiar with the matter, judicial authorities are planning to return Kwon to the United States, not South Korea, to face criminal charges.
On December 6, BeinCrypto broke the news that it had filed an appeal against the High Court's decision to extradite Kwon:
“I will not submit a decision to the court because I do not accept the decision handed down by the court.”
