Kamala Harris will not attend the Bitcoin conference
Harris, who is running for president on July 21 when Joe Biden drops out, will be able to speak at the upcoming Bitcoin 2024 conference in Nashville starting July 25.
On July 24, the event's CEO, David Bailey, said they were in talks with Kamala Harris' campaign to have her speak at the conference.
“It would be smart for her to reset the Democrat position on the fastest growing voter block in the country,” he said.
We are in talks with the Kamala Harris campaign to have her speak at the conference. She would be smart enough to reset the Democrat position on the nation's fastest-growing voter blockade. They are giving their opinion today.

At the time of writing, it was not confirmed whether Harris would speak at the conference.
Crypto political competition heats up
“If Kamala Harris goes to Nashville and understands exactly how crypto and Bitcoin are the future, and comes up with a reasonable policy prescription for it, she'll win the race,” opined The Block's Frank Chaparro in a July 24 article on X .
Her rival, Republican candidate and former president Donald Trump is already prepared to speak at the Bitcoin conference.
In addition to Trump, who has taken a crypto stance, other prominent political figures are scheduled to speak at the event. These include pro-Creto candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr., former GOP candidate Vivek Ramaswamy, and Senators Bill Hagerty and Marsha Blackburn.

Both presidential candidates, Donald Trump and Kamala Harris, will speak.
This is a crypto option.

Vice President Kamala Harris doesn't have much of a public opinion on crypto, but she's doing her homework now that it's a hot political topic this election year.
Billionaire investor Mark Cuban told Politico that she can be open to changing policies, and that sends a message.
“The feedback I'm getting, but not confirmed by the VP, is that she's going to be more open to business, crypto and government as a service.”
He added that he was getting a lot of questions about his crypto camp, “so I take that as a good sign.”
The Harris campaign is trying to prove that it can gain favor from crypto enthusiasts before the election in November.
However, her rival Trump has a head start as the “crypto candidate” with rumors that he may announce a strategic bitcoin reserve for the United States at the conference.
But really, no…
While rumors of her possible arrival have been circulating for a day, new information on the matter by Bailey has ruled out the possibility in a conversation Harris allegedly had with her team.
Sorry, but you can't disrupt our industry for 4 years, push an operational bottleneck, enlist Gensler and Warren as champions, and then pretend you're hip to Bitcoin. “Bitcoin is money for criminals,” Kamala, a major Democrat donor, told me privately
