Generative AI systems such as OpenAI's ChatGPT and DALL-E are designed to convert colloquial user commands into text, video, audio, or computer code.
In the case of Shopping Muse, users can submit plain-language questions in the context of an online marketplace, and the AI system will automatically generate personalized recommendations based on dynamic product-like algorithmic content matching.
As Ori Bauer, CEO of Dynamic Products at Mastercard, explained:
“Personalization gives people the shopping experience they want, and is the key to unlocking immersive and customized online shopping with AI-driven innovation. At Shop Muse, we leverage the power of generative AI to meet consumer expectations and make shopping smarter and more seamless than ever before.
