The company's strong profitability was mainly driven by ¥20.6 billion (over $130 million), which contributed to an increase in non-operating income.

Workplace income has also been positive, supported by business-related business and steady performance from the company's BBC in hotel rooms. Non-operating income is partly due to deferred tax expenses and recording expenses, but the overall results were exceptionally strong.
