Metaverse expands with Chainlink CCIP

The Shiba Inu ecosystem is accelerating its growth by strengthening its integration with Chainlink technology.

The final step is SHIB: The Metaverse's adoption of Chainlink's Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP), creating a more interconnected and versatile blockchain experience.

Earlier this month, Shibarium, Shiba Inu's Layer-2 blockchain partnered with Chainlink to enhance cross-chain interoperability and integrate advanced data solutions.

This partnership will make the ecosystem of multi-chain applications more accessible and robust for users and developers. Using the Chainlink CCIP and Cross-Chain Token (CCT) standard, Shiba Inu's native assets – SHIB, LEASH and BONE – can now work seamlessly across 12 blockchains.

This initiative has now expanded into the Shiba Inu SHIB: The Metaverse project. In Metaverse, users can now purchase virtual land using ETH or SHIB on both the Ethereum and Shibarium networks. This innovation not only facilitates transactions but also encourages wider participation in the virtual ecosystem.

Market observers say the launch of projects like Shibarium, the creation of SHIB: The Metaverse, and gaming ventures like Shiba Eternity highlight its commitment to innovation and real-world utility.

In conjunction with this evolution, Shiba Inu is preparing to launch the highly anticipated TREAT token. This ultimate ecosystem empowers token users with governance, rewards and voting capabilities.
