Mike Alfresco buys another 100,000 shares to increase his timber risk in Wood Advanced Management. Asset Management, led by Vivac Ramemidi, recently agreed to acquire Semilar Scientific.

HEDGE fund manager Mike Alfred said he calculated $100,000 of “$14 million in shares and $100,000 in equity issuance, bringing more than $1.7 million in shares between $1.05 and $1.06.” Alfred is “looking to add more weakness.”
From 5% to 5% discount is reduced to 5%. Shares opened up $1.16 to $1.16, but rebounded after trading on Yahoo Finance.
It was revealed last month that the stock acquired more than a million shares in a Bitcoin-focused celebration.
Asset Management, founded by Vivac Rameamida, recently agreed to acquire Semillar Scientific. Once completed, the deal will expand Bitcoin reserves, which currently stand at 5,886 BTC.
