Montenegrin authorities plan to extradite Do Kwon to the United States: Report
Terraform Labs founder Do Kwon will reportedly be extradited to the US instead of South Korea to face criminal charges.
On December 7, the Wall Street Journal reported, citing people familiar with the matter, that Montenegro's Justice Minister Andrej Milovic plans to accept the extradition request of US officials. Kwon was arrested in March in Montenegro and sentenced to four months in prison for using forged travel documents, but has been indicted in the US and South Korea for his involvement in the collapse of Terraform Labs.
Milovic said the announcement would be made public “in due course”.
