My neighbor Alice with the Pudgy Penguin to start a new game zone ‘Pudgy Land’

Owners of the Pudgy NFT will have exclusive access to the Pudgy Land in My Neighbor Alice, dedicated to communication, exploration and crafting.

My Neighbor Alice (MNA), a blockchain-based multiplayer developer game, has partnered with Pudgy Penguins to introduce a new in-game region called Pudgy Land. The partnership enables the full integration of the Pudgy Penguins, Lil Pudgies and Pudgy Rhodes NFT collections into the MNA universe.

Notably, the partnership coincides with the launch of Season One: A New Beginning on June 17, marking a new beginning for the game. MNA players can explore new quests and winter-themed content in the newly added area Snowflake Wilds. This area is part of the expanded Pudgy Land experience.

Special Pudgy Land features for NFT holders

NFT holders from the Pudgy community will have exclusive access to Pudgy Land in My Neighbor Alice, designed for social interaction, exploration and crafting. All 8,888 Pudgy Penguins, 22,222 Lil Pudgys and 7,399 Pudgy Rods are offered as unique 3D avatars in the MNA world.

These NFTs can be used as playable characters, starting with eggs that hatch in the user's unique possessions. Anglers can customize their profile with Pudgy features and engage with fishing mechanics using Pudgy Rods. These features add to the immersive experience in Pudgy Land.

Steve Hasenpflug, vice president of My Neighbor Alice Games, described the integration as a major step toward blockchain interoperability. The project enabled more than 40,000 Pudgy NFTs to function as native 3D assets in-game, enabling new user-driven content and gameplay.

A new NFT game

The MNA update introduces new Pudgy-themed content, including non-player characters (NPCs), interactive missions, and wearables for NFT owners. Players can create emotes tied to NFTs and sell them to others in the MNA ecosystem.

While several features are exclusive to Pudgy owners, the current update includes general quests and winter-themed items available to all players. This unique and accessible content mix is ​​designed to attract both new users and existing NFT communities.
