No, the ARK 21 Shares spot Bitcoin ETF is not listed on the DTCC website.
Despite rumors circulating on social media, ARK Invest's spot Bitcoin (BTC) exchange-traded fund (ETF) does not appear to be listed on the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (DTCC) website.
On October 25, several top crypto accounts on X (Twitter), including Mike Alfred, Bitcoin News, SimplyBitcoin, Crypto News Alerts, and others, posted tweets and screenshots claiming that ARK Invest and 21 Shares were common space Bitcoin ETF. Listed on the DTCC site.

However, none of the screenshots showed Bitcoin ETF, the actual marker for the position, rather than showing tickets that correspond to futures products.
As of October 11, the most recently updated Ark Spot Bitcoin ETF filing shows that the fund trades using the ticker symbol “ARKB.”
As of October 25, the section of the DTCC website that displays all current ETF listings no longer displays any listings under the ARKB symbol.
The ticker “ARKA” refers to the ARK 21Shares Active Bitcoin Futures ETF, which, according to its most recent filing on Aug. 11, is a yet-to-be-approved fund that offers investors exposure to Bitcoin futures contracts.
The tickers ARKY and ARKZ denote, respectively, the ARK 21Shares Active Ethereum Futures ETF and the ARK 21Shares Active Bitcoin Ethereum Strategy ETF — both products still pending approval by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.
The iShares listing news is also starting to look overblown.
While the crypto market rallied on the news that BlackRock's iShares spot Bitcoin ETF (IBTC) was listed on the DTCC website, a DTCC spokesperson recently revealed that IBTC has been listed on the website since August.
A spokesperson told DTCC that it is standard practice to add securities to NSCC's security eligibility register “in preparation for the launch of a new ETF into the market”.

The spokesperson added: “Being on the list does not indicate the outcome of any advanced regulatory or other approval process.”
Traders who noticed the listing of BlackRock's spot ETF on the DTCC website coincided with a 14% one-day rally for Bitcoin, which briefly breached $35,000 for the first time in nearly two years.
When rumors of ARK's listing first surfaced, Bloomberg's senior ETF analyst Eric Balchunas wrote that ARK Investments had proposed a fourth revision to the site, which appeared to be mostly cosmetic changes to the stock.
ARK proposed amendment #4 to 19b-4, which appears to incorporate changes to the S-1 (which again SEC qs). I think you just need to edit both documents (to do this for the first one). I don't see anything else to read here except CC @SGJohnsson pic.twitter.com/NE4Gy3spgN
