Notcoin is developed on central exchanges

After listing on major centralized exchanges on May 16, NotCoin (NOT) reached a milestone by entering the top 10 cryptocurrencies by daily trading volume.

Within 24 hours, it had not reached the eighth position with a turnover of more than $1.4 billion. Although the starting price has decreased from $0.02156 to $0.006618, it will continue to be actively traded on major platforms such as Binance and OKX.

Notcoin's market capitalization rose to $1 billion within 10 minutes of its official launch. It currently stands at $697 million, not 107th among the largest crypto assets. The transaction volume for the game's project token has exceeded $1.4 billion, making it the eighth highest transaction in the last 24 hours.

Notecoin has significantly outperformed its competitors, including PIXEL and SAGA. After NOT's debut, PIXEL dropped to second place, with a peak market cap of $730 million. By comparison, SAGA's peak capitalization was $684 million.

Telegram founder Pavel Durov commented on this remarkable achievement.

“This incredible success story shows how powerful the Telegram/Ton ecosystem is for app developers. The Telegram app gives developers more freedom than any other platform, offering unparalleled opportunities to use social media for virality. Ton, on the other hand, provides scale and flexibility to any blockchain project,” he wrote.

NotCoin, a web3 game built on the TON blockchain, launched in January as a Telegram mini-app and has attracted more than 35 million players. The developers emphasize that 100% of the coins belong to the players by default, saying that it is not unique among other gaming tokens.

Notcoin's total supply is over 102 billion. The project team distributed 80.2 billion tokens among the community members. The rest of the coins will be allocated to new users, traders, listed companies and the future development stages of the project. As of yesterday, it is no longer available on major exchanges such as Binance, OKX, and Bybit, and can only be purchased through the Telegram wallet.
