Pie Price Foods is now available on Aurora Cloud for all Aurora virtual chains

Pyth Price Feeds Launch On Aurora Cloud

Pyth Price Feeds launch on Aurora Cloud, enhancing real-time data access for dApp developers. Aurora Virtual Chains developers can now access 500+ real-time price feeds on Aurora without permission. The integration will reduce costs and increase efficiency for Aurora Virtual Chains.

Pitt Network has partnered with the Aurora Labs team to announce the launch of its premium feed on the Aurora Cloud. This makes the Pyth Price Feed available to all future Aurora virtual chains without permission.

Aurora, an Ethereum virtual machine created by the NEAR protocol team, provides a turnkey solution for developers looking for an Ethereum-compatible, high-volume, scalable platform with low transaction costs. Aurora Engine, a high performance EVM and Aurora Bridge, which enables trustless transfer of ETH and ERC-20 tokens between Ethereum and Aurora.

Aurora is governed by a hybrid model combining a decentralized autonomous organization (AuroraDAO) and a traditional legal entity.

On the other hand, Pitt Network stands out as the first-ever financial data oracle network, aggregating proprietary data from some of the world's largest financial exchanges and businesses. This data is securely accessed on blockchains, supporting over 350 applications and over $5 billion in total value locked (TVL).

Aurora virtual chains developers can now access real-time price feeds.

Pie's worth of dishes will be available on Aurora from late 2022 and have powered leading apps like Origami.

However, Aurora's new Virtual Chains architecture, EVM-compatible blockchains built on the NEAR protocol, ensures a seamless connection to Aurora, which has a direct connection to the Paiz Oracle. This setup not only allows for faster integration, but also lowers costs for developers, as they can use price updates shared by others in the network.

Aurora Virtual Chains provide developers with a customized and dedicated blockchain environment. These chains provide an ideal platform for leveraging the robust capabilities of the Paiz network, which provides low-latency price information for a variety of assets.

Following a partnership with Pyth Network, developers on Aurora Virtual Chains can access more than 500 real-time price feeds across both traditional and digital asset classes via an on-demand pull model.

Arman, product leader at Aurora, emphasized the simplicity and efficiency brought by this integration. Armand said:

“Using Pyth Oracle has allowed us to provide a familiar interface to developers building on Aurora Virtual Chain. And thanks to our contract call technology, all virtual chains are connecting to Pyth Oracle on the Aurora mainnet, providing easy integration and support for dapps from day one.”

Aurora applications, such as Origami, that update pie values on-chain, now naturally propagate these updates to all Aurora virtual chains, increasing the ecosystem's efficiency and interoperability.
