Reddit to launch IPO in March: Report

Social media giant Reddit is looking to launch its own initial public offering (IPO) later this year, according to Reuters.

The San Francisco-based firm is said to be selling a 10% stake in the IPO and the valuation will be revealed during the listing. The social media giant is valued at $10 billion after its 2021 funding round.

Reddit has filed confidentially for its IPO in December 2021 and plans to make a public filing in late February, followed by early March, according to sources cited by Reuters.

Reuters, citing sources familiar with the report, warned that the IPO timetable could be pushed back, as has happened in the past.
