To claim the prize, users must have an active Robin Hood Crypto account, which will be available via notifications within one week of the countdown. Unclaimed rewards will expire after 30 days.
The platform requires recipients to keep the prize value in their Robinhood account for at least one year, which can track the amount through account history and statements.
While the exact nature of the “New Year's surprise” has not been announced, social media posts suggest it may involve Bitcoin or other digital assets. Users must have the latest Robinhood app and a verified wallet to participate.
Eligible users who missed the initial announcement can claim their rewards through the platform's Rewards Center, although the one-year retention requirement applies.
