Final Fantasy game developer Square Enix has announced the auction dates for its upcoming Symbiogenesis Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs). In a social media post on November 24, the group said it will sell NFT in three batches. The first group from November 27-28, the second from November 30 – December. 4 and the third from December 2 to December 3. Symbiogenesis, Square Enix's upcoming blockchain game, features Ethereum-based NFTs.

According to the game's documentation, the first phase includes facial features and clean characters, and only allows “stakeholders” to participate. This seems to imply that only early investors can participate during the November 27-28 period. The second and third steps are available to participants in the “whitelist entry campaign,” the documents said.

From November 7th to November 21st, the game's team conducted a license entry campaign. Collectors were asked to participate in a series of quizzes, as well as a “precious hunt” that took place in a prototype version of the Symbiogenesis game world.

Through these activities, participants earned NFT “artifacts,” and scored points for participating in Phase 2. Up to 50 high scores will be allowed to earn NFTs in Level 2, as well as 40 random participants ranked from 51st to 300th. The rest of the participants are allowed to bid on level 3 items.

Square Enix describes Symbiosis as a “narrative-driven NFT entertainment” game. It is scheduled to launch on December 21.

Square Enix is ​​the creator of the Final Fantasy series of games, which the company claims has sold more than 173 million units. Final Fantasy NFT launched trading cards on March 31st. In April, the company announced a partnership with Web3 infrastructure provider Elixir, though details of the partnership are scarce.
