Cristiano Ronaldo accuses Binance of promoting unregistered securities

Soccer superstar Cristiano Ronaldo is facing a class-action lawsuit alleging he participated in the sale of unregistered securities in association with crypto exchange Binance. The famous soccer player has entered into a multi-year partnership with the exchange to promote NFT collections tied to Binance's NFT-specific arm.

Legal complaint Ronaldo encouraged millions of his followers to invest using Binance and contributed to its growth. The plaintiffs also claimed that Ronaldo's NFT sale successfully promoted the exchange, resulting in a 500% increase in searches after the initial sale.

The BAYC owner narrowly avoids the fake Forbes scam when asked to give him a banana

Anonymous NFT trader “Cruz” pulled off a scam that could steal NFTs from the dump. According to the dealer, a man posing as a Forbes reporter requested an interview about the Bored Up Yacht Club (BAYC) collection.

During the interview, the scammer asked Cruz to press a button to record the interview and tried to distract him by asking him to say something that looked like his BAYC NFT. The hackers took control of the screen, but Cruise foiled the hacking attempt before he could lose anything.

Azuki Dao turned into “Bean” when he stopped suing the founder

Azuki Dao, an informal decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) developed for a collection of NFTs of the same name, has announced that it has been dubbed “BIN”. The DAO is dismissing Azuki founder's lawsuit against Zagabond.

According to the developers of Azuki, DAO will be a memecoin project and will join the Blast ecosystem, the Ethereum layer-2 platform. The developers have also already secured $10 million in investment for its development and acceleration.

Square Enix announces auction dates for Symbiosis NFTs

Square Enix, developer of popular game franchises such as Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts, has launched an auction of SymbioGeneration NFTs. The first batch of social media advertisement is scheduled from November 27-28 and the second batch will be released from November 30 to December 4. There will also be a third batch of NFTs to sell at auctions in December. 2–3

User Claims $11 Million in Blur Token Rewards in NFT Marketplace Season 2 Airdrop

A user participating in a recent airdrop of NFT marketplace Blur claimed about $11 million worth of tokens. In two airdrops during the NFT forum, the wallet “hanwe.eth” claimed more than 22 million fuzzy tokens ENS. The owner of the address celebrated on social media and announced their award to everyone.

While some seemed happy with the result, NFT Whal Jeffrey Hwang, who lashed out in a blur after the weather, seemed unhappy with the award. Huang is known to have tried what some consider the biggest NFT dump ever, aiming to make more profit through airdrops.
