Su Zhou'S $36M Mansion Turned Into An Eco-Farm Post-3Ac Collapse: Report

Crypto trader and fugitive Su Tzu's $36 million luxury real estate in Singapore has been turned into an eco-farm.

According to local media reports recently, Zhu's residence on Yarwood Street in the city-state is named “Yarwood Homestead” and is managed by Most Citys, a company co-founded by its owner, Evelyn Tao.

Through ecological design and agroecology, the firm transforms home gardens into mini-farms, growing vegetables, herbs, fruits, fish and poultry. In addition, the bungalow's front lawn has been developed into 36 vegetable gardens, where okra, spinach, beans, cabbage, sesame and radishes are grown. As for the swimming pool, it is currently a natural pond with aquatic plants, streams and a variety of fish and shrimp. The farm hosts a variety of private gatherings on site.

Zhou and his spouse bought the property for $36 million in March 2022, shortly before the collapse of Singaporean hedge fund Three Arrows Capital (3AC). At the height of the crypto bull market, 3AC reportedly managed over $10 billion in digital assets. The firm filed for bankruptcy in July 2022 following a series of failed bets on the Terra Luna ecosystem and faces up to $3.5 billion in creditor claims.

On September 29, Cointelegraph reported that Su Zhou was arrested at Singapore's Changi International Airport while trying to leave the country after a court issued a restraining order. A few days ago, Teneo, 3AC's liquidator, was served with an injunction in Singapore, alleging that Zhou had failed to comply with a court order regarding the recovery of corporate assets. Zhu was sentenced to four months in prison for the violation.

Its co-founder Kyle Davis, a former US citizen who is now a Singaporean, was sentenced to four months in prison. However, Davis' whereabouts are unknown. Earlier this year, Davis publicly boasted that there were no “pending charges or regulatory actions” against him at the time.
