Driving Blockchain Adoption in Argentina.

The collaboration with ETH Kipu, a leading institution dedicated to Ethereum education in Latin America, marks a major step in integrating cutting-edge technology into secondary education.

The program includes 500 students in a unique online Solidity course designed to simplify decentralized application (DApp) development.

Solidity, a high-level programming language used to create smart contracts on the Ethereum blockchain, has gained popularity in various networks, including BNB Smart Chain and Avalanche.

ETH Kipu aims to equip students with the necessary skills to thrive in the blockchain sector and is also training 30 instructors to provide comprehensive Ethereum and Blockchain training.

According to Paula Doi, founder of ETH Kipu, this initiative not only introduces students to advanced technology, but also opens up new job opportunities, putting Argentina at the forefront of the global blockchain movement.

Argentina's rising inflation is driving crypto adoption

The Ministry of Education's initiative comes against a backdrop of high inflation in Argentina, which has seen significant local engagement with digital assets.

With 276 percent annual inflation, many Argentines have turned to cryptocurrencies like Tether (USDT) to protect their assets.

Recently, Forbes analysts reported that Argentina leads the Western Hemisphere in crypto adoption, with significant activity on major platforms such as Binance.

ETH Kipu's partnership with Buenos Aires reflects the country's commitment to fostering technological innovation and its young people's commitment to a digital financial future.
