The South Korean telco is set to launch its Web3 wallet in the labs of Aptos and Atomrigs.
South Korean telecom giant SK Telecom (SKT) has announced plans to launch Web3's T Wallet service in partnership with Dber1 Minet Aptos Labs and Atomrigs Lab.
SK Telecom's vision to launch a blockchain wallet is from July 2022. The timely initiative saw SKT's blockchain arm partnering with AhnLab Blockchain Company and Atomics Lab to develop and operate the Web3 wallet.

According to the new announcement, SKT aims to expand “connections to customer-selected core networks and decentralized applications (dApps)” using a trilateral agreement with blockchain companies.
“In partnership with Aptos, which marks the first Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) blockchain integration, SKT is committed to providing our users with a seamless and secure Web3 experience.”

The partnership will see the integration of the T-Bag into the Aptos decentralized application (dApp) ecosystem and the adoption of the MoveVM blockchain technology.
