The upcoming HBO documentary claims to identify Satoshi Nakamoto

Satoshi Nakamoto's identity has remained a mystery ever since the Bitcoin counterfeiter left the scene in 2010.

Now, “Money Electric: The Bitcoin Mystery” claims to have identified him.

As a Politico reports, Cullen Hoback's documentary It is expected to air next Wednesday at 2 AM CET.

As of this writing, not much is known; But the report says:

Given the way Republican candidate and former President Donald Trump has courted the support of Bitcoin enthusiasts, if the findings are widely accepted, the announcement could send shock waves through financial markets and even the US presidential election.

The documentary's creator, Hoback, is best known for his series “Q: Into the Storm,” which exposed the authors of the QAnon conspiracy theory.
