Kamala Harris is still tight-lipped about her crypto stance.

Although cryptocurrencies have risen to the national spotlight and become a political campaign issue, Kamala Harris has remained largely silent on the potential future policy decisions of digital assets by the Harris administration.

Entrepreneur Mark Cuban expressed optimism that Harris is “much more open” to business and innovation than is widely believed by the voting public, and Riot Platform CEO Jason Les expressed doubts that Harris would deviate from the current policies of the Biden administration.

Meanwhile, congressional Democrats wrote to Harris to encourage dialogue with the Democratic Party's hostility to crypto and the digital asset industry.
